Shipping Policy
Free Express Delivery
All THRSTY subscription orders include free tracked express delivery. No minimum spend required. Free delivery is applied automatically at checkout.
One-time purchase orders are subject to a standard delivery charge which will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of your order being placed. Estimated delivery times once dispatched are:
- Standard delivery: 2-3 working days
- Express delivery: 1-2 working days
Delivery times are provided as a guide only. THRSTY Labs Ltd takes no responsibility for any delays caused by Royal Mail or other third-party couriers once an order has been dispatched. Delays may occur during busy periods, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking
All orders are sent with a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order at any time using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are dispatched automatically on your scheduled renewal date. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details after each order ships. If you need to change your delivery date, you can do so at any time through your customer portal.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Royal Mail will leave a calling card with instructions for collection or redelivery. THRSTY Labs Ltd is not responsible for orders that are lost or undelivered due to an incorrect delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery charge may apply.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sales@thrsty.com with your order number and we will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
International Shipping
Currently THRSTY ships to UK addresses only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Changes to Your Delivery Address
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us at sales@thrsty.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes can be made once an order has been dispatched.
