Cancellation Policy
You’re always in control of your THRSTY subscription.
You can manage, skip, switch flavour, or cancel directly from your customer portal in just a few clicks.
1) Standard subscription orders
For all standard subscription orders you can cancel at any time through your customer portal.
Once cancelled, no further payments will be taken.
2) Initial order period
To ensure you have the opportunity to receive and try your first box, cancellation may not be available immediately after purchase.
During this initial period, you can still fully manage your subscription, including:
- Skipping your next order
- Changing your delivery date
- Switching flavour
Once this period has passed, you’ll be able to cancel at any time.
3) How to cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Log into your customer portal
- Select Manage Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
4) Before you cancel
If timing or cost is the issue, you don’t need to cancel.
You can:
- Skip your next order
- Change your delivery date
- Switch flavour
These options are available instantly in your account and let you stay flexible without cancelling.
5) Support
Our support team is always happy to help with questions, but subscription changes (including cancellations) must be completed through your account.
